Plaintiffs grandmother and child were properly walking in a crosswalk and were struck by defendants’ vehicle.  Grandmother suffered a broker wrist and concussion, while 7 year old child suffered significant back injuries.  Plaintiffs received full car and umbrella insurance policy limits.
