Rita Toscano

Rita joined Kramer Trial Lawyers (formerly known as Kramer Holcomb Sheik LLP) in May of 2015 as the first Legal Assistant to the firm, bringing valuable administration, office manager and accounting skills. As a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, Rita assists in translating for the firm’s Spanish speaking clients and maintains a close relationship with these clients from day one.  She supports all attorneys at the firm and handles all front desk duties and daily operations. New to the legal field, Rita found herself putting to good use her passion for helping others and assist in any way possible to bring justice to our clients.    

Before joining the firm, Rita worked as Administrative Assistant for California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Inc.’s, Latino Family Center, an outpatient recovery center for substance abuse, where she assisted in the supervision of all staff, managed payroll and was responsible for the submittal of billing to the county. Rita attended and completed the Legal Secretary School offered by the Beverly Hills Bar Association where she learned a depth emphasis on legal terminology, court structure, and legal procedures. After taking a break to raise her three children, Rita plans to return to school and obtain her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Engineering.

In her spare time, Rita enjoys spending time with her family, working out and all outdoor activities.
