As Chief Financial Officer Kipp Kramer is a key member of the firm’s strategic planning team. He works closely with the leadership team to formulate a vision for the future of KTL. He uses his many years of experience leading technical and financial planning and execution to drive critical thinking and high performance at the firm as well as managing costs.
Technology is changing the way law firms do business and Kipp has a wide breath of experience in this area. Before joining KTL, Kipp held Senior Director positions at large multinational corporations Oracle and Sun Microsystems, and also leadership positions at startups. He has experience leading both small and large teams and multi-million dollar budgets.
Kipp earned his Master of Science (with honors) and Bachelor of Science degrees from North Carolina State University.
