$1.4 Million Settlement

Kramer Trial Lawyers attorneys Dan Kramer and Teresa Johnson along with co-counsel Law Offices of JG Winter have obtained a $1,400,000 statutory judgment against Target for a slip and fall that occurred at the Pinole, CA store. Plaintiff Luz Velasquez Galindo was shopping at the store when she slipped and fell in the grocery area of the store, injuring her back. Plaintiff ultimately underwent a lumbar laminectomy. Target strenuously denied liability throughout litigation, but after years of discovery and motion work, Plaintiff was able to secure a $1,400,000 judgment against Target.
