About

Justin Rodriguez is a dedicated litigation paralegal with extensive experience supporting trial attorneys in all phases of civil litigation. His background combines more than a decade of private sector legal experience with distinguished military service in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps.

Justin has provided comprehensive legal and administrative support in matters involving civil, criminal, and administrative law. As a Staff Sergeant and Paralegal Noncommissioned Officer in Charge, he has led legal teams, trained soldiers, and assisted Judge Advocates in high-stakes cases across multiple practice areas. His service earned him recognition as a Distinguished Leader and Commandant’s List recipient at the Paralegal Warrior Training Course.

In his civilian career, Justin has played an integral role in complex civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, coordinating trial preparation, and maintaining attorney calendars. He is known for his efficiency in managing high-volume caseloads, strategic problem-solving, and professionalism in communicating with clients, counsel, and the courts.

Fluent in Spanish, Justin brings strong cross-cultural communication skills and a deep commitment to client service. His leadership experience, technical expertise, and disciplined approach to case management make him an invaluable part of the firm’s litigation team.

When he’s not in the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young boys. He is a passionate New Orleans Saints and die-hard Los Angeles Dodgers fan, proudly balancing his love of family, baseball, and the courtroom.
