About
Will is a trial lawyer practicing in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death, and employment litigation. He represents individuals who have been seriously injured or wronged and is committed to holding corporations, employers, and insurance companies accountable.
Prior to joining KTL, Will worked at the national defense firm Hawkins Parnell & Young LLP, where he defended clients in general liability, premises liability, product liability, and employment matters. His experience on the defense side gives him unique insight into how insurance companies and large institutions evaluate and litigate cases, knowledge he now leverages to aggressively advocate for plaintiffs.
Will earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship Law, a member of the Trial Advocacy Team, and a Dean’s Merit Scholar. While in law school, he also gained prosecutorial experience working at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
Before attending law school, Will worked at DecisionQuest, the nation’s largest trial consulting firm, where he supported teams on high-profile civil and criminal cases involving jury research, trial strategy, and witness preparation. His time at DecisionQuest gave him valuable exposure to the psychology of persuasion in the courtroom and deepened his passion for trial advocacy.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Will moved to California in 2013 to attend UCLA, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys backpacking, skiing, motorcycling, rooting for the Bruins, and spending time with his wife.
