After 3 weeks of trial in San Diego, a jury awarded our incredible client $2.95 million for the concussion and mild traumatic brain injury she suffered when a heat lamp fell on her at a popular Old Town restaurant.
The defense admitted fault just one day before trial and urged the jury to award only $50,000. The jury saw it differently.
