Yesterday, the LA ABOTA chapter brought together 220 LAUSD high school students, many of whom had never met a lawyer, to watch some of the best trial lawyers in the country put on a full mock trial. We were honored to have Presiding Judge Sergio Tapia and California Supreme Court Justice Joshua Groban attend, and proud that KTL attorneys Will Matthews and Adam Manaa were part of the program. Seeing how engaged these students were—and how interested they were in the legal profession—made for a truly special day.
