On August 29, 2022, a Santa Monica jury awarded $11,000,000 on an auto v. pedestrian case tried by KTL attorneys Dan Kramer and Teresa Johnson along with co-counsel Alex Eisner. Throughout litigation and trial, KTL and Shawn Steel Law Firm had to overcome the defense’s position that the crash was all plaintiff’s fault. After less than 3 hours of deliberation, the jury came back with a verdict that placed 100% fault on the defendants and included nearly $10,000,000 in non-economic damages.
