About

Taylor Kruse represents plaintiffs in the areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, and employment litigation. He fights relentlessly to make sure his clients get the outcomes they deserve.

Taylor graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2023, where he served as the Chair of Competitions for the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. While serving on the board of directors for the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, Taylor competed in the largest trial advocacy competition in the country: the National Trial Competition hosted by the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Taylor also hosted several courtroom evidence trainings for members of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program.

As a student, Taylor served as a Research Assistant, where his research focused on human rights advocacy at a state, federal, and international level. Taylor was also Teaching Assistant for his Evidence professor.

Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Taylor worked for us as a law clerk, where he substantially contributed to several six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements.

Taylor is currently a board member of the Southwestern Young Alumni Association, which seeks to transition recent law school graduates into successful careers in the legal field.

Taylor was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Los Angeles for law school, in 2020. His hobbies include reading, cooking, board games, and being bullied for liking the New England Patriots.
