Fall proved to be a busy season for Kramer Trial Lawyers, as Dan and Teresa spoke at legal conferences throughout the state and beyond. In September, Kramer Trial Lawyers attended the annual CAALA Convention in Las Vegas, where Dan spoke on Discovery Plans in Premises Liability Cases, and Teresa spoke on Motions in Limine on the Countdown to Trial panel. In October, Dan and Teresa traveled to San Diego for Law-Di-Gras, where Dan was on the Cross-Examination of Expert Witnesses panel, and Teresa talked about using Video Depositions of Non-Retained Experts at Trial. Finally in November, the team made its way to San Francisco for the annual CAOC Convention. There, Dan spoke on Opening Statements and Teresa discussed recent updates to premises liability laws affecting cases involving workers injured on a job site.
