On April 11, 2024, Dan Kramer led the ABOTA-LAUSD Mock Trial for the second year in a row. The event was attended by 200 high school students at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. The students witnessed a mock trial put on by top attorney members of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
ABOTA is an invitation-only organization of trial attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases. In order to be considered for membership, attorneys must have completed ten jury trials to verdict. ABOTA promotes professional education aimed at elevating standards of legal professionalism, integrity, honor and courtesy.
