2024 Confidential Settlement.
On August 6, 2021, following six days of testimony and under three hours of deliberation at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Downtown Los Angeles, a panel of 12 jurors awarded $12,622,238.75 in favor of plaintiff, represented by Kramer Trial Lawyers’ Dan Kramer and Teresa Johnson.
On August 22, 2023, following a 3-week automobile versus automobile trial against the County of San Bernardino, a panel of 12 jurors awarded $11,069,517 for Plaintiff, represented by Kramer Trial Lawyers’ Dan Kramer and Brandon Salumbides.
Kramer Trial Lawyers is proud to announce that on August 29, 2022, a Santa Monica jury awarded an eight-figure verdict on an automobile versus pedestrian case. This verdict was achieved by KTL attorneys Dan Kramer and Teresa Johnson, along with co-counsel Alex Eisner of Shawn Steel Law Firm.
Adan Flores was seriously injured when an 80,000 pound tanker illegally pulled out in front of him cause multiple fractures throughout his body and a traumatic brain injury, leaving Mr. Flores in a coma for nearly a month. The case settled for $6,150,000 on December 6, 2021, just over thirty days before trial.
John Torbett won a verdict that involved damage to real property and the destruction of extremely valuable personal property due to the City of Los Angeles’s negligence.

Plaintiff was admitted to surgery for a routine gastrointestinal surgery. Defendant surgeon cut the vertebral artery, causing severe and lifelong injuries. Plaintiff now requires lifelong care.

After 4 intense weeks of trial, a Van Nuys jury returned a $2.92M verdict in a challenging premises liability case, finding the defendant 80% at fault for failing to follow basic safety rules.
After a week-long construction site accident trial in Torrance, CA, the jury came back after only 1.5 hours of deliberation with a verdict of $2,847,500.00 in favor of Plaintiff Carlos Salazar.

Plaintiff Luz Velasquez Galindo was shopping at the store when she slipped and fell in the grocery area of the store, injuring her back. Plaintiff ultimately underwent a lumbar laminectomy. Target strenuously denied liability throughout litigation, but after years of discovery and motion work, Plaintiff was able to secure a $1,400,000 judgment against Target.

Grandmother suffered a broker wrist and concussion, while 7 year old child suffered significant back injuries. Plaintiffs received full car and umbrella insurance policy limits.
Rear end motor vehicle collision case, our client was the passenger in the front of three involved vehicles with minimal property damage. As a result of the crash, our client underwent spine surgery and had ongoing pain. This case settled on the eve of trial.

Rear end motor vehicle collision settlement. After associating into the case, and with a prior defense offer of less than half the policy, KTL provided the defense with a final opportunity to pay the policy limits. The defense accepted.
Mr. De Peralta, a chef, was terminated when he injured his knee outside of work.
After going to the restroom to wash his hands, Mr. Perez slipped on a trail of liquid in the hallway leading to the dining room and fell straight down on his knee, hearing a big “crack”.
